Abdominoplasty

Late 40's. Two children by C-section, stable weight, otherwise healthy.
Requested improvement of the upper and lower abdomen.
Abdominoplasty done. 6 pound section of skin and fat removed.
"I am elated with the result!" Pants and suits fit well. "You just don't know what it's done for me."
