Mid 60's. Requested procedures to enhance facial appearance, reduce the signs of sun damage, gravity and accumulating years.
We performed a combination of procedures: Facelift (with SMAS and platysma tightening, neck and jowl fat removal). Endoscopic browlift. Upper lid treatment of skin, muscle and fat. Lower lid skin tightening. Fat graft for lip augmentation (from abdomen).
