Case 1 (09472): Arm Contouring / Lift

This 54 year old woman wanted improved arm contour. She was a patient who was very satisfied with a previous tummy tuck by our practice. Her arms showed excess subcutaneous fat and skin laxity. Both liposuction and excision / brachioplasty were discussed, but the lipo was able to provide most of the benefits with very little scar. Postop the arm is smaller and has improved definition. She has some remaining loose skin, but there is no long inner arm scar, so the results are good.
