Case 4 (12692): Arm Contouring / Lift

This 32 year old woman requested various body contouring procedures following successful major weight loss. She lost 150 pounds after gastric banding several years before we consulted with her. Dr. Graham discussed options for her arms, breasts, buttocks, tummy and thighs. Her weight was 175# and she shood 5' 7" tall. Her arms were notable for looseness, stretch marks and hanging skin, without much remaining fat. Barchioplasty (arm tuck) was recommended and she chose to combine this with thigh lift. Her recovery was smooth. Photographs show her are contour before and after surgery, and the scar appearance after 11 months. Notice how the procedure improved both the arm and underarm loose skin.
