Case 10 (12796): Breast Augmentation

This 37 year old woman saw us about breast enlargement, having been referred by a friend who was a patient of Dr. Graham's. She wore a 38 B, but did not fill it out. Her left was larger. She was 5' 3" and weighed 210 pounds. She wanted to be a large C-cup if possible. To achieve the look she desired, she chose 375-400ml implants. At the time of surgery, symmetric appearance was obtained with 400ml in each implant. She kept good nipple & areola sensation, wore a 40 C bra, and liked how she looked.
