Case 11 (12994): Breast Augmentation

This 28 year old woman knew other augmentation patients of Dr. Graham and doctors she knew supported her decision to see us. She wanted breast enlargement. She had one child and planned more in the future. She wore a 32 or 34 B cup bra and wanted to be a small or medium C cup size. She was 5' 6" tall and weighed 125 pounds. She had some differences in breast and areola size and shape. The left was larger. After trying on sizers, she preferred 350ml or less. Based on chest and breast dimensions, high profile implants were chosen. Implants were placed through an inframammary approach, in our accredited facility. She recovered well. Four month post-op photos show early contour results. She's wearing a 36 C bra.
