Case 13 (13217): Breast Augmentation

This 31 year old woman consulted with Dr. Graham at the advice of her friend (a patient of ours). She wanted fuller breasts. She wsnted to look better in a swimsuit. She wanted to be a full C-cup (instead of the 34B she wore). She was 5' 4" and 120#. She had 3 children and breast fed. She had some pre-existing sagging, and a birthmark on her inner right breast. After trying on sizers to see for herself, she chose 250 ml filled implants. She wanted an areolar incision. She was happy with the outcome and thought the size "just right."
