Case 16 (12927): Breast Augmentation

This 37 year old woman wanted breast augmentation. She wanted to be 2 cup sizes larger and more "perky." She picked Dr. Graham because of his reputation and her friend's nice results. She had 2 children which she breast-fed, currently wore a 34 A bra, was 5' 3" and 120 pounds. She regularly did both cardio and resistance training. She had moderately lax breast tissue and mastopexy (breast lift) options were discussed, but she was pleased with the improvement from implants alone, without additional incisions. 320 ml saline implants were placed. Afterward she liker her "natural" look. "Perfect."
