Case 17 (12326): Breast Augmentation

This 39 year old woman was referred to us by her mother who was already a satisfied patient of Dr. Graham. She was clear about her wishes. She wanted a little breast enlargement and a lift. She wanted to look better and still natural. She did not like too much upper fullness. She wore a 34 B and wanted to be C-D cup size. She was 5' 1" tall and weighed 115 pounds. She had breast-fed 2 children. She liked sizers 225-250 ml. Dr. Graham recommended augmentation with peri-areolar mastopexy; breast lift with the only incision around the areola. She also had thigh liposuction at the same time. At 6 month follow-up her incisions werw fading well, sensation was good and she liked her shape. She wore 34 D bras. "I love them."
