Case 18 (13102): Breast Augmentation

This 38 year old woman was referred to us by her physician for breast enlargement. She wanted to be "back where I was before children." She did not fill out a 32 A bra. She was 5' 7" tall, 115# weight, and had 2 children which she breast-fed. She chose implants with Dr. Graham's advice. Inframammary subpectoral augmentation was done with 265 ml saline implants. At 4 months follow-up there is slight pink at her incisions (this will fade). She achieved a 32 C cup size, normal sensation, and excellent proportions. She loved them.
