Case 20 (12123): Breast Augmentation

This 44 year old woman was referred by a trusted physician for consideration of breast augmentation by Dr. Graham. She wanted clothes to fit better. She had always felt out of proportion. She originally wore a 34 A cup bra and wanted a C cup size. She selected implants using sizers in a bra preop. She was 5' 9" tall and weighed 125 pounds. She was active in sports and career. Surgery was done as an out-patient in our surgical facility. She recovered easily and had a nice 36 C cup result. She thought our staff was "very supportive" and her result was "wonderful!"
