Case 22 (12064): Breast Augmentation

This 23 year old woman found our practice through internet research. She wanted breast enlargement with implants. She was 5' 5" tall and 135 pounds, and wore a 34 B cup bra. She wanted a full C or small D cup result and chose 320 ml implants based on preop sizers. Her natural areola diameter was rather wide, and the option of reducing this was presented by Dr. Graham, but she decided against this because there would be a small scar around the areola (peri-areola mastopexy). She was otherwise healthy and active. Surgery was done as an out-patient in our nationally accredited facility. She eventually wore a 36 C bra and had a nice result. She was very pleased and complimentary: "I am so glad I chose Dr. Graham. Everyone at his office was great. I am so pleased with the results of my surgery."
