Case 24 (12222): Breast Augmentation

This 42 year old woman was referred to our practice by a prior patient and friends. She wanted to fill out a modest bra. She initially wore a 36 A, but didn't fill it. She wanted to be a B cup, and eventually achieved that with 220 ml saline implants. She was quite active and healthy, 5' 5" and 130 pounds. she has 2 children and breast-fed them. She had fibrocystic breast symptoms, normal mammograms and no other problems. She had out-patient breast augmentation through inframammary approach and subpectoral implants. She resumed her sports and workouts within 3 weeks and had normal sensation. She said she was pleased and happy to refer more friends to us.
