Case 28 (13277): Breast Augmentation

This 33 year old woman was referred by a satisfied prior patient. She was otherwise healthy and had lost an extra 30 pounds. She had had 3 children and breast fed. She was 5' 10" and weighted 150#. She wore a 36 B and wanted to be one or two cup sizes larger. Her left side was slightly larger preop. She chose sizers about 400ml. Surgery was uneventful. At 8 months postop she was wearing a 36 C bra, had normal sensation and no problems. She was considering additional body contouring procedures.
