Case 29 (13480): Breast Augmentation

This 29 year old woman selected Dr. Graham for breast augmentation after consulting other plastic surgeons. She had been referred by several women who were patients. She had had two children and breast fed. There was minimal asymmetry and no sagging. She wanted to increase from her 32 A cup size to the B-C range. She wanted to continue to look natural and "real." She wanted to go braless or wear a bathing suit and still feel good about her figure. She chose 225ml implants which were placed thorough an inframammary approach. She fit in 34 B-C bras postop. In her own words, "bathing suits look amazing."
