Case 8 (12586): Breast Reduction

This 54 year old woman was referred to Dr. Graham by her primary care physician, for breast reduction surgery. She was about 40 DDD bra size, 5' 2" tall and weighed 185 pounds. Her right breast was larger than her left. She had problems with rashes. Bras and clothes did not fit well. Her upper back, neck and shoulders hurt, and this became worse throughout the day. She had some other well-controlled medical issues, but nothing that would prevent her from having safe surgery. After surgery she was comfortable in a 40 C bra. Her back pain disappeared.
