Case 9 (12346): Breast Reduction

This 50 year old woman chose Dr. Graham after consulting other plastic surgeons. She wanted breast & body contouring (breast reduction, tummy tuck). She was healthy, had had 2 children, weighed 190 and stood 5' 7" tall. She had lost 50 pounds, without symptom improvement. Her breast size was 40 E, and they sagged onto her upper ribs. She had daily problems with shoulder, neck base and upper back pain. Surgery reshaped her entire torso; the combination with abdominoplasty helped her look much better. She recovered well; "It was never as bad as my friends had told me" to expect. At 4 weeks post-op she went hiking. She fit in a C cup bra. Back & shoulder pain improved.
