Case 7 (12922): Facelift / Necklift

This 62 year old woman wanted information about necklift in her consultation with Dr. Graham. She did not like the central looseness and lines. Jowling was an additional issue, as were texture lines around the mouth and eyes. Frown lines between the brows were beginning to bother her. We recommended combined face & neck lift (a standard facelift), erbium laser resurfacing around the mouth and eyelids, and BotoxCosmetic in the glabellar frown areas (between the eyebrows). The procedures were done in our nationally accredited surgical facility. Comfort & safety was assured by our MD anesthesiologist. Her chin & neck are smoother and better defined. Her cheeks are smoother, too. Her jawline is well defined. Eyelid skin is slightly tighter, and her frown lines are softened. She was proud to show her family members 1-2 months post-op. She told us "people tell me I look so natural."
