Case 9 (13131): Facelift / Necklift
This 75 year old woman saw Dr. Graham to reduced the aged appearance of her face. She particularly did not like the jowls and naso-labial folds, and the looseness of her neck. Dr. Graham recommended a comprehensive (standard) facelift. Limited or mini-lifts would not have given her as significant an improvement. She considered additional procedures to smooth the skin around her mouth and enhance her lips, but deferred these. Her facelift included suspension of the cheek deep support layers (SMAS), neck fat removal and deep suspension, and generous removal of excess skin.
