Case 4 (11196): Liposuction

This 42 year old woman saw us at the recommendation of her mother-in-law (a satisfied patient). She wanted an improved body contour. She did not like the localized bulges and fullness in her back & flanks, tummy, arms, and inner & outer thighs. She wanted nicer buttocks. Two separate stages were recommended. Removal of loose lower abdominal skin was added to the abdominal liposuction, but not a complete abdominoplasty. Under anesthesia, super wet (tumescent) liposuction was done, contouring each of these areas. Compression garments were worn for 3+ weeks postop. She recovered well and resumed activities. The postop photos show a much leaner, shapelier, more toned-appearing silhouette. The buttocks are well-shaped. When asked about her result, her reply was, "fantastic."
