Case 1 (12214): Nipple & Areola

This 36 year old woman referred by her Ob/Gyn for breast enhancement. She chose augmentation, but particularly wanted to decrease the prominence of the nipples. They were too long and she understood that they would potentially be more noticeable after implants improved breast projection. She chose augmentation by an incision at the lower areola margin, and reduction of the height of the nipple itself. She was thrilled with the new breast and nipple appearance. The areolar incision is still fading at 3 months, but the nipple scar is tiny.
