Case 6 (12346): Tummy Tuck / Abdominoplasty

This 50 year old woman chose Dr. Graham after consulting other plastic surgeons. She wanted breast & body contouring (breast reduction, tummy tuck). She was healthy, had had 2 children (C-section), weighed 190 and stood 5' 7" tall. She had lost 50 pounds. Her breasts were 40 E. Pre-op exam showed overall looseness of the abdomen (skin and fat), indentation of the old "bikini" area scar, and distortion of the umbilicus. Surgery reshaped her entire torso. After abdominoplasty she looks much better. Her scars are fading, and her muscle tone is great. She recovered well; "It was never as bad as my friends had told me" to expect. At 4 weeks post-op she went hiking.
