To see the best enhancement, look around your eyes.  Both men & women notice some of the earliest signs of age around their eyes.  Expression lines appear between the eyebrows, squint lines are called crow's feet, bags appear below the eyes, and skin droops toward the lashes.  Botox and Blepharoplasty will probably seem like money well spent.

Select patients will be candidates for eye tuck, as an office procedure, under only local anesthesia.  Yes, we can frequently perform eyelid surgery with only local anesthesia, with patients completely comfortable and awake.  Since these patients don't need the OR or an Anesthesia MD they save quite a bit of the cost, and achieve the same high quality surgical results.  The recovery is one of the easiest among cosmetic surgery procedures.  

Friends usually comment on how refreshed you look.  You see a more open look of your eyes.  Make-up will go on more smoothly, and flatter your eyes more.  Our patients praise how good they look (and how little they spent to achieve this benefit).

On the other hand, other patients frequently need additional facial procedures the get the best results.  That may require treatments of the upper lids, lower lids, forehead, and possibly cheeks and neck.  Full anesthesia and the OR could be necessary, and valuable for our patients.  We uniquely have a very experienced MD anesthesiologist and a nationally accredited private in-office OR, with excellent safety records and well trained helpful staff.  We can provide whatever care that suits you best.
