Breast Lift / Mastopexy: Case 6 (10874)
Breast Lift / Mastopexy: Case 6 (10874) This 58 year old woman was referred to us by her Gynecologist. She chose our office and Dr. Graham since she found the staff very caring, professional and highly recommended by previous patients. We are glad she chose us. She wanted to correct breast sagging (lift) without becoming larger. She did not necessarily want an implant. She wore a 34 D cup bra, weighed 120 pounds and was 4' 11" tall. She had delivered 3 children and did not breast feed. Mammograms were normal. Mastopexy with a vertical and areolar incision was performed in our accredited facility. She maintained the D-cup size, but had improved upper fullness and projection. Bras fit better, plus she could go without them. At 4 months, light pink scars are still fading. At 3 years, the scars are excellent, the projection continues good and there is little new settling.
