At the Aesthetic Center, like nationwide, men most commonly have Botox to reduce facial wrinkles. The most common operation they choose is eyelid tuck (blepharoplasty) to remove bags and drooping skin. Nationally men make up 8% of cosmetic surgery patients, 7% of minimally invasive procedure clients. Figures for procedures nationally come from the ASPS. Our practice experience is similar, although we offer alternatives to some of the above procedures. Dr. Graham does not do rhinoplasty, but we do offer non-surgical rhinoplasty to inject fillers to improve nasal contour issues.
