Facial Lip Lift: Case 1 (30345)

Description

This 52 yo attractive woman was not interested in injectable HA lip fillers. They could worked for lip contour but she wasn't the enhancement she desired. She consulted Dr. Graham who felt the skin portion of her upper lip region was excessive. After evaluation, we suggested she have a lip lift in which the vertical height of the lip is reduced through a concealed incision under the nostrils. Three millimeters of excess skin was removed. The scar is typically invisible to viewers. The result is long-lasting; repeat treatments are not needed. This improved the visual distance from the nose to the upper lip, and it caused subtle outward turn of her natural upper lip border. It turned up the lip edge.
