Lose the Love Handles: Trust CNN.com or Liposuction? By Dr. Sutton Graham on March 03, 2020

A recent CNN.com headline caught our attention.  "How to lose your love handles" wasn't a brand new online article, however (Feb 28, 2018).  The author reports the recommendation of three fitness experts and mentions good eating and proper exercise.  Body fat reduction methods reduce all over your body, rather than one or two specific areas.  Not surprisingly, she failed to mention that only interventions that we offer (Coolsculpting and Liposuction) actually provide spot reduction of excess body fat.

Surgery and non-surgical procedures are not for everybody, but they are safe and effective at reducting love handles, bra line fat, under-chin fat, back of arm fat, tummy fat, inner and outer thigh fat.  Coolsculpting is the use of a specially designed cooling process to gradually reduce excess fat.  Liposuction is a surgery that removes all unwanted subcutaneous fat in a single procedure, usually under anesthesia.  For more details, look at sections of our website.  The original CNN article is also below.
