3 Billion Dollars of Botox
By Dr. Sutton Graham on June 29, 2020
That's a lot of Botox! Americans spent $3,143,028,825 last year, according to the American Sociey of Plastic Surgeons, our national board certified plastic surgeon's organization. It gives you some idea of how many million women and men make this a routine part of maintaining facial appearance. This represents 7.7 million Botox treatments. Many of you are counted among these statistics.
Our Aesthetic Center consistently ranks among the top 250 in the nation in Botox usage (highly experienced). We have 4 experienced injectors; physicians Sutton Graham, MD and Beth Browne, MD, and nurse injectors Lyn Smeak, RN and Stephanie Smith, RN. Treating hundreds and hundreds of patients assures you of our experienced, quality care. We would be happy to address your facial wrinkle concerns, so please call or e-mail.
Injectable treatments are generally used as periodic maintenance. Botox is usually spaced 3 or 3.5 months apart. Injectable fillers are used less frequently at 2.4 million annually. Some areas need touch-ups every 6 months, others can be spaced years apart. This varies by site and by your individual response.
The website "contact page" directs your e-mail to our patient coordinator 9-5 M-F. Weekday phone calls are directly answered by our team, while after hours calls they will be taken by our answering service and waiting for our staff the next morning.
