Chin / Neck Liposustion: Case 2 (34710)

Description

This 26 yo young woman came in for treatment of under chin fullness; the double chin. She was otherwise very healthy. She had excellent skin tone. We gave her treatment options; surgical fat removal (lipo), injection fat reduction (Kybella) or cryolipolysis (Coolsculpting). The latter two are less invasive and require little downtime or dressings. Surgery is more definitive and quicker, but we have patients wear a spandex head wrap for some time and some bruising is common. She chose the liposuction approach, took a week off work, and had a great result. The syringes show a portion of the fat that was removed. The after photos are 8 months post-op at her last follow-up visit.
