Description

This woman in her 30's wanted liposuction to improve the waist and tummy, and buttock enlargement. The latter has been commonly called BBL or Brazilian Butt Lift. Dr. Graham prefers the current term SSBA, safe subcutaneous buttock augmentation. The procedure, post-op care and risks were explained to her and she had it performed in our nationally accredited in-house operating facility. Total fat removal from the abdomen and flanks was 1,675ml. Fat graft added to each buttock was 350ml (700ml fat transfer).
