Body Buttock Enhancement: Case 8 (32267)

Description

This healthy, energetic 49 year old black woman wanted to improve her body contours - specifically Buttock Augmentation, Breast Augmentation, and Midsection Liposuction. Another close relative was a happy previous patient. There is nothing better than creating a happy patient, then getting referrals of family members. We are so honored with their trust. Our current patient is 5' 7" and 170#. Her breasts were 38B cup size. Her desire was full C to D cup; looking like she does in her push-up bra. She had 2 grown children. She was not on any prescription medications and had no health problems. Screening mammograms were normal and she had no family history of breast disease. She felt that she already had attractive hips, but wanted a more hour-glass figure. Slimmer waist, and most importantly a better butt. She wanted Brazilian Butt Lift buttock enhancement by natural fat transfer (fat graft). She was satisfied with her tummy tone and did not want tummy tuck / abdominoplasty. After detailed discussion and physical examination Dr. Graham's recommendations consisted of: 1) Breast Augmentation with safe saline implants, 2) Liposuction of the tummy and flanks, contouring the waist, and 3) Buttock Enlargement and shaping. Given her health and the procedures, she was able to have the three of them simultaneously. This was done in our private surgical facility under general anesthesia.
