Body Mommy Make-Over: Case 7 (17745)

Description

This 39 year old woman was ready for breast and tummy enhancement after having 3 children. She was ready to get back into a bathing suit and enjoy the lake with her husband and kids. Sometimes called a "mommy make-over" she wanted breasts to be lifted and slightly smaller. She wanted a trimmer, toned, flatter tummy. She also wanted her inner thighs to have less fullness. She had enjoyed the results of prior upper and lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) by Dr. Graham and discussed her interests with him during a consultation about body contouring. We discussed her options and suggested combined procedures: cosmetic breast reduction, modified abdominoplasty, liposuction inner thighs. This allowed her a single recovery and limited time off work. She was off prescription medications within 2 days after surgery. She gladly went from 38 D/DD to 36 C cup bras. Her abdomen and inner thighs improved nicely. "No regrets," was her assessment.
