Description

This 58 year old of twins wanted to improve the tummy and breasts. The children are grown and she is able to concentrate on her own self. She worked to loose 30 pounds first, but didn't see the changes she hoped for. She wanted to remove extra tummy skin and tighten the muscles. She wanted to reduce and lift the breasts. She had a prior hysterectomy with a scar above the pubic area. Her breasts were 36 DD and sagged down to her upper abdomen. She was in good general health. She had a combined procedure (breast reduction, abdominoplasty, liposuction), then after full healing, small saline breast implants were placed (125ml) to enhance upper contour, further improving her breasts. She has accomplished much, and the mommy make-over helps her achieve her appearance goals.
