Breast Nipple & Areola : Case 3 (13747)

Description

This 41 year old woman knew several satisfied patients of Dr. Graham, who encouraged her to consult him about breast augmentation and correction of nipple inversion. She was 5'3", 120#, 34A preop and had had one child. She requested a D cup size and liked sizers of 325ml. She had the procedures and recovered well. Normal nipple sensation returned. Breast shape was good and she wore a 34D cup bra afterward. She did not like the lack of prominence or projection of her nipples, even though she had fuller areolas. In addition to the augmentation, Dr. Graham released the internal tethering, bringing normal nipple tissue out moderately. The nipple incision scars are almost invisible.
