Facial Eyelid Surgery / Blepharoplasty: Case 10 (23224)

Description

This lady is in her mid fifties and sought Dr. Graham's advice and care about her eyelids, both upper and lower. She didn't like the bags around the lower eyelids. She didn't like the redundant upper eyelid skin and puffiness. Her eyes no longer showed her personality, and they appeared more closed or hidden. We suggested the procedure called blepharoplasty, both upper and lower. This was performed carefully, protecting her eyes and preserving her natural appearance. Upper bleph consisted of removal of excess skin and underlying fat. Lower bleph included removal of only fat, without any skin removal, and without any external scar (transconjunctival approach). Her results are natural and compliment her appearance. Her conclusion, "I love it."
