Description

This 65 year old wanted her eyes to look better. She didn't like the upper lid hooding and drooping. There was excess skin. She didn't like the lower lid bags. These are concerns we very commonly address for both women and men. Standard treatments include belpharoplasty or eyelid tuck, removal of fat pads, removing excess skin, concealing scars in creases or inside the actual eyelid, laser skin tightening, lifting the hanging brow or forehead. For this woman Dr. Graham performed upper and lower tuck. Conservative removal of excess skin decreases the risk of inability to close tight eyelids, while giving beautiful look to the eye and surrounding area. We combined these treatments with her face and neck lift to give her comprehensive facial enhancement. Her recovery was smooth. She looks remarkably better, possible younger and is very pleased.
