Facial Eyelid Surgery / Blepharoplasty: Case 17 (34782)

Description

This woman came to Aesthetic Center and Dr. Graham about her tired appearing eyes. She wanted to look younger, more alert, and less puffy. This was not a problem of impaired vision, just wanting to achieve her best look. Based on her exam, we recommended upper and lower blepharoplasty, with specific elements adapted to her concerns. The hooded upper eyelids were improved by removal of excess skin and underlying fat. The lax lower skin was improved by careful skin tightening. Surgery was done in less than two hours in our own facility under general anesthesia. Her "after" photos show the improvement a few months post-op. Now her eyes seem brighter and she looks so much better.
