Description
This 55 year old man came for consultation about excessive breast size (gynecomastia, also known as "man boobs"). He was in great health and eager to have a surgery to remove the excess breast gland and fat, to restore an attractive male chest appearance. He can now easily work and play with hes shirt off. There is only a very thin layer of fat over his pectoral muscles. There is no need for self-consciousness because his chest looks great.
