Description

This 48 year old African-American woman and her husband were referred for consultation with Dr. Graham by another physician in the community. She wanted information about contouring her torso (abdomen, waist, flanks, and bra line). She had 2 children, and was 5' 4" and 200 pounds, pant size 14. She anticipate modest weight loss. Her job was physically vigorous. Our recommendation was extended abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and liposuction which she did 6 months ago. Already her tummy scar is fading and her shape is great. Pant size is down 1-2 sizes, there are no keloids, and she's happy to have potential patients see her results.
