Body Tummy Tuck / Abdominoplasty: Case 30 (33941)

Description

This 53 yo woman did not like the appearance of her waist and tummy. She came in for discussion of our approach, and how to get a better shaped mid-section (torso). She was in generally excellent health. She was at a stable weight (BMI). She felt that we prepared her well for the procedure, recovery and results that were possible. Her surgery was done at our in-house accredited surgical facility. The abdominoplasty incision is long but produces excellent contour, and liposuction has removed "love handles" and curved her waist. The sagging mons pubis was reduced and restored. We used multi-modal combination therapy to minimize post-op pain and decrease the need for narcotics. We used post-op incision care to minimize scar thickening or pigmentation. Hes results are excellent and she is very pleased.
