Breast Reduction: Case 17 (14918)
Description
This 60 year old woman was referred to us by a friend who had been a patient earlier (for the same procedure). She was interested in having breast to treat back, shoulder, and neck pain of several years duration. She also sought more attractive, proportional breasts that would not interfere with an active lifestyle. Underlying neck / cervical arthritis was partly responsible for her pain (but this improved greatly after breast reduction surgery). Blood pressure was under good control. She wanted to decrease from her 36 G cup size to a C cup (which we accomplished). Her comments: ":) I am thrilled."
