Breast Reduction: Case 20 (20548)

Description

This woman was 35 years old, with two children. She lost 100 pounds by bariatric surgery several years earlier, but large heavy breasts remain a problem for her. Back, neck base, and shoulder pain aren't relieved by non-prescription medications, chiropractic care and special bras. She wore a 32 L bra. Her right side was larger. Dr. Graham discussed the options with her after she was referred by another happy patient / friend of this patient. Once her insurance company approved, she scheduled breast reduction surgery. 700 grams were removed from the right, 570 from the left, and both breasts were lifted to give her a full C cup.
