This 50 year old woman consulted the Aesthetic Center for Breast & Cosmetic Surgery for breast enlargement without lift / mastopexy. She started wearing a 34 B bra and wanted significantly larger. She had had 3 children and some sagging. She is now "very happy" with her surgical result and intends to refer more patients to Dr. Graham. This series presents an example of a patient who could either chose implants with or without implants. This choice avoids the scars.
