Breast Lift / Mastopexy: Case 24 (14929)

Description

This 32 year old woman consulted Dr. Graham at the recommendation of relatives and friends, for information about breast implants. She wanted to achieve upper fullness and a natural look of the breast. She wanted to be one cup size larger (from 36 C to D cup). She had had 2 children and knew she had moderate sagging. After examination and sizing, we recommended small implants in addition to vertical pattern mastopexy (breast lift). She did not lose any sensation (normal nipple sensation). The incision areas are healing nicely in these early post-op photos (7 weeks).
