Breast Lift / Mastopexy: Case 23 (15075)
Description
This 39 year old mother of two came to the Aesthetic Center for Breast and Cosmetic Surgery for breast enhancement. She suspected a recent partial deflation of saline implants which she had done many years earlier. She was 5' 5" tall, weighed 140#, and wore a 36D bra. Her breasts had sagged over several years. She desired slightly smaller size and more perky breast shape. Following a detailed consultation, Dr. Graham discussed options and recommended implant replacement and breast lift (mastopexy). Her procedure was done in our accredited surgical facility, monitored by a board-certified anesthesiologist. New Allergan Natrelle saline implants (300ml) were placed, the prior pocket was modified (internal breast lift), natural gland was lifted and skin was tightened (inverted-T). Nipple sensation actually improved from the results of the prior surgery (now normal).
