Description
This 37 year old woman wanted more youthful breasts, including additional fullness. She didn't like the sagging appearance that was developed after having children. She had no personal or family history of breast problems. She tried on implant sizers and chose a small subpectoral saline implant to add to her volume and contour, and a breast lift or mastopexy was recommended. These procedures were performed at the same time and the photos are shown about 8 months postop, with nicely faded scars and excellent shape.
