Breast Lift / Mastopexy: Case 20 (14036)

Description

This 45 year old woman was referred to Dr. Graham at the suggestion of women who had been happy patients of our Aesthetic Center. She wanted improved breast shape and she wanted to be somewhat smaller breast size. Starting at 34D cup; she wanted a small C cup (which we successfully provided). Prior to surgery, her breast had an appearance surgeons describe as "bottomed-out." Her left was slightly larger. Mammogram was normal. She was otherwise healthy. A short-scar method would have not provided sufficient correction of her lower breast laxity. A small amount of breast tissue was removed from each breast, more from the left side. Her photographs show pink, fading scars, and smaller, better positioned nipples and areolas. She complimented our communication, staff interaction, attention to detail, and consideration of her opinions and goals.
