Breast Lift / Mastopexy: Case 33 (23063)

Description

This 56 year old nurse was referred by another happy patient for improvement of her breast and body. She requested a tummy tuck and breast lift. She was an excellent candidate for these procedures. She was in excellent health. She had had a prior hysterectomy. She had no history of breast disease and normal mammograms. After thorough discussion and preparation, she underwent her procedures in our accredited in-house operating facility under general anesthesia. Liposuction of the lateral breast and chest area enhanced the breast lift, and lipo of the flanks enhanced the abdominoplasty results. Natural breast sensation was preserved. Her photos show early healing at 7 weeks. Scars should fade and smooth more over time. Swelling should decrease, improving the lower abdominal appearance. She will continue seeing us for regular follow-up throughout the first year.
