Breast Lift / Mastopexy: Case 5 (10554)

Description

This 27 year old woman just wanted her "breasts to look like they should for her age." She wanted perkier breasts with smaller areolas. She was 5' 4" and 149 pounds, and found the a 40 D cup bra fit best. She had not had children. Dr. Graham discussed a breast lift / mastopexy procedure in which no breast tissue would be removed, only loose skin. The natural breast tissue was lifted up and tacked higher on her chest. Scars were placed around the areola, under the breast fold, and down the center of the lower breast. Breast feeding ability and nipple sensation are typically normal after this procedure. Her incisions faded well. She was able to properly fit into a 36C bra postop.
