Breast Lift / Mastopexy: Case 35 (22596)

Description

This healthy 50 year old woman consulted Dr. Graham about breast lift. She knew other satisfied patients. Her goal: "I want to go without a bra all the time." She wanted "them perky again." She was 5' 5" and 135#, wearing a 34 B bra, and preferring a full B to C cup size. She had no personal or family history of breast disease. She breast fed 2 children. Her breast were moderately saggy with normal breast tissue inside. The right was larger (asymmetry). We proposed a solution, combining in one stage operation, small breast implants and a short scar breast lift (mastopexy). This was done under anesthesia in our nationally accredited office surgical facility. Her recovery was smooth, resuming activities soon. Six month and one year postop photos are included to demonstrate fading of the scars over time. She wore 36 C braletts and was frequently braless. "They're full and perky like I wanted.
